About Snowshoe Mountain
Snowshoe Mountain has many activities to offer in addition to it's famous skiing, snowboarding and cosmic snowtubing. It also offers off road adventure tours, snowmobiles, e-bikes, The Spa, The Raven Golf Course, world-renown downhill mountain biking, lake activities with inflatables, Split Rock Pool, Segway tours, disc golf, horseback riding, guided fly fishing, yoga, The Big Top, The Escape Room, music festivals and all the hiking you could ask for on their 11,000 acres of West Virginia heaven. If that is not enough, Snowshoe Mountain is located just a short drive to The Greenbrier River trail & Greenbrier River, Greenbank Telescope, Cass Railroad State Park, The Mountain Music Trail, Watoga State Park, Beartown State Park, Droop Mountain Battlefield State Park and more! The beautiful Greenbrier Resort is approximately an hour and half from Snowshoe Mountain including world class golf ( previous location of the PGA tour) and the casino!
Snowshoe Mountain and the Canaan Valley area are approx. an hour and a half drive from each other.
About Destin
Destin is located in Florida's North Western panhandle on the beautiful Emerald Coast. White sand and clear green water attract guests from across the country. A family oriented but lively town, Destin offers entertainment for all ages. Harborwalk Village and the famous Crab Island are two of tourists' favorites that are just 2 miles from Jade East Towers. A variety of restaurants, top-notch shopping, world-class golf courses, The Track, Big Kahuna's Water Park, Urban Air indoor park, Buccaneer Pirate Cruise and plenty of harbors offering every water sport imaginable are just some of the activities available. About HMT
The Hatfield McCoy Trails (HMT) is a collection of systems that is located in southern West Virginia. It is open to riders of ATVs, SXS, Dirt Bikes and OHVs. HMT boasts the largest off-road vehicle trail system in the country, and one of the largest in the world, with over 800 miles of mapped trails within ten distinct systems. The Hatfield McCoy Trails is professionally managed and difficulty levels are clearly marked using a familiar ski-type grading system. Green = Easy, Blue= More Difficult, Black = Most Difficult, Double Black = Expert Only.

Our accommodation, The Farm, is located just a 7 minute atv ride to the Ivy Branch Trails system.
What We Offer
Elevation Vacation Rentals provides all linens, towels, and starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. We offer fully stocked kitchens, unless otherwise noted, including pots, pans, baking dishes, tableware, silverware and coffee makers. Please see the individual listing for noted specifics for your desired property.

All of our properties offer 24 hour access with contactless check-in unless otherwise noted.
Pet-Friendly
Elevation Vacation Rentals offers pet-friendly properties! Pet Friendly properties include Land's End 10, Sunrise 1, and Wolf of Westridge.
All pet-friendly properties require a non-refundable fee and require the pet to be crated when the guests are out. We do have a limit of 2 pets per home. Pets are subject to the Damage Deposit Policy. Fees vary based on property. Please include the Pet Add-On at checkout for pet accessibility. "Pets" is restricted to dogs only.
Only units specifically listed as Pet-Friendly allow pets. Only certified medical animals are permitted in non-pet-friendly units. Proof of the certification, and updated shot records are required. Please contact us for a full list of requirements and information.

Snowshoe Mountain -Lift Ticket Advanced Purchase Required
If you're a guest at one of our Snowshoe properties, please be sure to purchase your lift tickets online at the time of your rental booking. Due to COVID restrictions, lift tickets, reservations and activities must be purchased online in advance. Limited amounts are available.
Elevation and COVID
Our housekeeping team is following CDC Guidelines, using an Electrostatic Atomizer Fogger when required, EPA approved disinfectants as well as a thorough procedure to disinfect and clean.
