Thank you for choosing Elevation Vacation Rentals!   We operate on a contactless check-in, unless specifically noted.  (Most lodges in Snowshoe's central village will require an in-person check-in.)

You will receive a link to access the Guest Portal after filling out a brief Pre Check-In Form. The Pre Check-In Form will be sent to you 10 days prior to your arrival.  The email will be be sent to the email address provided via the platform on which you booked your reservation (ie. our website, VRBO, Airbnb etc.) and if a cell number is provided, via text message as well.  

If you have not received the email for the Pre Check-In Form and you are within the 10 day timeframe, please let us know immediately. 

For our guests staying at Snowshoe Mountain Resort, Snowshoe is an island in the sky. It’s beautiful, filled with fun and adventure, isolated and off the beaten path. Snowshoe Mountain Resort offers restaurants, shopping, festivals and activities. However, there is no cell service outside of the main village area and it is VERY limited at best. Please be aware that you will not have cell service approximately an hour prior to your arrival. Please be prepared with directions, the door and WIFI code before you leave your home.
